-   A knowledge "page" is calculated from 3,000 characters of extracted text, not necessarily one original PDF page.
-   AI tokens are not the same as messages or conversations.
-   "Unlimited" in one row does not remove the other resource limits on that plan.

## Bringing your own AI provider key

You can connect your own provider key instead of using the included platform AI. That avoids the platform AI-token allowance check, but it does not remove the other limits on your plan, such as agents per site, storage, knowledge sources or retention. Your chosen provider may bill you separately for usage.

What the tiers change, and what stays the same.

### Can we use our own AI provider key?

Yes. You can use the included platform AI or bring your own provider key, with provider and model selection, key testing, a grounding probe and usage reporting. Bringing your own key avoids the platform AI-token allowance but not other plan limits, and the provider may bill you separately.

### What plans does onmsg offer?

There are four tiers, Free, Starter, Pro and Business, that differ by resources such as platform AI tokens, agents per site, knowledge sources and pages, storage, retention and concurrent sessions. Confirm current prices, currencies and billing intervals before purchase.

### Is there a free plan?
